Rising 27 storeys, eleven dual-level homes and a singular triple-storey penthouse offer the scale and privacy of a house with the elevation and outlook of a tower. Its sculptural architecture sits lightly on the Northcliffe skyline, positioned directly on the shoreline to capture the full theatre of the Gold Coast coastline.

Inspired by the ocean's own language – rhythmic, calm, enduring – MIRA's sculptural form draws from the rhythm of the coastline. Designed by ByCulprit and FerroChow Architecture, its curved glazing, honed travertine, and natural oak belong to the beach rather than impose upon it. A glass facade that blends with the sky. A beach cove at ground level that opens directly to the sand.
